{"id":289,"date":"2025-10-04T05:00:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-04T05:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patternsinthebible.com\/?p=289"},"modified":"2025-10-16T22:11:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T22:11:46","slug":"mark-9-1-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patternsinthebible.com\/?p=289","title":{"rendered":"Mark 9: 1-10"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 And he said to them, \u201cTruly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they <mark style=\"background-color:#ffcfd2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">see<\/mark> the kingdom of God after it has come with power.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-left:2em\">2 And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high <mark style=\"background-color:#cfbaf0\" class=\"has-inline-color\">mountain<\/mark> by themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-left:4em\">And he was transfigured before them, 3 and his clothes became radiant, intensely white, as no one on earth could bleach them. 4 And there appeared to them <mark style=\"background-color:#90dbf4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Elijah<\/mark> with <mark style=\"background-color:#90dbf4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Moses<\/mark>, and they were talking with <mark style=\"background-color:#90dbf4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Jesus<\/mark>. 5 And Peter said to Jesus, \u201cRabbi, it is good that we are here.
