{"id":262,"date":"2025-10-13T02:51:01","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T02:51:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patternsinthebible.com\/?p=262"},"modified":"2025-10-13T23:15:45","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T23:15:45","slug":"romans-3-21-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patternsinthebible.com\/?p=262","title":{"rendered":"Romans 3: 21-26"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>21 But now the <mark style=\"background-color:#ffcfd2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">righteousness<\/mark> of God has been <mark style=\"background-color:#cfbaf0\" class=\"has-inline-color\">manifested<\/mark> apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:2em\">22 the righteousness of God through <mark style=\"background-color:#90dbf4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">faith<\/mark> in Jesus Christ for all who believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:4em\">For there is no distinction: 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by His grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:2em\">25 whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by <mark style=\"background-color:#90dbf4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">faith<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was to <mark style=\"background-color:#cfbaf0\" class=\"has-inline-color\">show<\/mark> God&#8217;s <mark style=\"background-color:#ffcfd2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">righteousness<\/mark>, because in His divine forbearance He had passed over former sins. 26 It was to <mark style=\"background-color:#cfbaf0\" class=\"has-inline-color\">show<\/mark> His <mark style=\"background-color:#ffcfd2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">righteousness<\/mark> at the present time, so that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>21 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it\u2014 22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe.
